    1. I would say that this not only applies to JS, but to front-end development in general. We’ve built a dependency on tooling chains, that excludes a lot of people from our craft.     ..and that is why most of my “concept” coding happens on CodePen — I just can’t be bothered to set up NPM, browsersync, webpack etc..
