SaraSoueidan piccalilli_ sarah_edo At my company (ShiftDk) we do client work four days a week, and on Fridays we take time to learn, talk, discuss and reflect. Although it’s a 20% cut in revenue, it’s easily among the best decisions we've ever made

SaraSoueidan piccalilli_ sarah_edo ShiftDk And just to add one thing: to do this instead of a four day work week, has really been great for us, because we get to reflect on our work together. We’ve learned so much from each other doing this, that I think our productivity has either increased or stayed the same.
