Left a (critical but nicely worded) comment on Real_CSS_Tricks a few days ago. Still not approved and newer comments are showing up. Disappointing to say the least.

Real_CSS_Tricks ..but I guess that teaches me what an uphill battle it really is to create an accessible web, when one of the biggest “tutorial” websites don’t want to put the effort into adding something easy and small like <label> elements.

Real_CSS_Tricks Here’s the thing: with great powers comes great responsibilities, and if you write a tutorial on a topic, make sure that it’s semantic, accessible and valid. This applies to everyone, and Real_CSS_Tricks is just one example.

Real_CSS_Tricks Another is 24ways whom I tweeted to let them know about some invalid HTML in this article: 24ways.org/2017/styling-components-typed-css-with-stylable/ — two months later the error hasn’t been corrected. That’s just sloppy.
